Other Information CAR PARKING There are car parks at Kippax Health Centre and Monk Fryston Surgery. There is no car park at Hazelwood Avenue Surgery and we therefore request patients attending there to be considerate to the neighbours by allowing them access to their own properties when parking in surrounding roads.
